SD Inline Update!

We are happy to announce that we just got word that we can resume SOME hockey back at the Escondido Sports Center.   The Sports Center is reopening this week with RESTRICTIONS.  We are still are not sure when we can restart league games, but we can resume play with small groups.

We are going to resume practices THIS WEEK with small groups.  It will be mandatory to follow guidelines at the facility.   Scrimmages and games are not allowed, and groups must be limited to 10 on the rink. 

High School – starting this Wednesday the 17^th

6-7PM – if your last name starts with A-L

7-8PM – if your last name starts with M-Z

Middle School – starting this Friday the 19^th

6-7PM – if your last name starts with A-L

7-8PM – if your last name starts with M-Z

Rookie League – starting this Saturday the 20^th

9-10AM – it’s already a pretty small group

Youth League – starting this Saturday the 20^th

9-10AM – if your last name starts with A-L

10-11AM – if your last name starts with M-Z

This preliminary plan will be small group skates with drills, no scrimmaging.  After this first week we will see how it goes and send another update as to whether this will be the ongoing plan until we’re able to resume games, or if this plan needs to be modified. 

We wish we had more solid information about the league with firm dates and specifics.  We are happy that this is at least a start to get back to playing.
